Hi, I’m Bailey Trahan—a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC – NH 2378), Master Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (MLADC – NH 0132), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC- MA LCMH10002798) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor I (LADC I – MA 23044). I’ve spent over 13 years helping adults navigate the messy, meaningful, and sometimes overwhelming work of personal change.
I have worked across a variety of settings including hospitals, inpatient and outpatient programs. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals with co-occurring disorders and a wide array of mental health diagnoses, tailoring care to meet each person’s unique needs.
In the later part of my career, I expanded my focus to program development and consulting, helping implement new initiatives and improve service delivery to enhance client outcomes. My approach combines evidence-based practices with a real-world understanding of the challenges clients face, emphasizing collaboration, support, and practical strategies for growth.
Outside of work, I value time spent outdoors, enjoying family moments, and sharing adventures with my pups, always seeking balance and renewal.
